Another whats it worth?

This is the day i was hoping would never come BUT, here it goes. The guy that bought my car today made me an offer on my Jeep when he came to pick up the car. I wont say what he offered but am wondering what some of you think its worth. Heres what i remember both good and bad. 95 YJ SOA lift with stock springs, TJ flares, ford 8.8 rear dana 30 front both geared 4.88 and lock rites, 36" TSL's, traction bar, on board air but the compressor recently quit working. Now the bad. The wiring is a mess. I have had tail light quit working then start working for no reason, brake lights blow fuses some time, Had to run a new power wire for the heater and dashg lights. Seriously, if there werent near as many problems i wouldnt even consider selling it. I havent had it off road in close to three years and rarely ever drive it, usually only when i had car problems. If i sell it i can pay off almost all my bills. So whats the least you guys would sell it for?

Just don't give it away. I really don't know about pricing though.

well my TJ was in better running order (no elect problems ect.) then your YJ and all i got was $5500 but it was a 2000 4-banger with 40k on the clock.......with todays econ the market is flooed with "toy" jeeps, which is really crappy

Thats what im worried about. Either way i know im going to regret selling it but i know that i will not have the time or money for a long time to put into it or wheel it. I have seen values ranging as little as $2000 and some trying to sell similar ones as high as $5500. OK, i will say that the guy offered me $3000 for it and he has looked at it already. He is looking for a project and this seems to be exactly what hwe is looking for. I dont really wanna let it go for that but with its current condition, im thinking i might be better off taking the offer.

It's to bad he saw it cause i'd buy the tsl's from you and give you my worn out iroks to sell. LOL

tell him $4k its altleast worth that........and it all really depends on how bad you need the cash........hope ytou do end up getting a fair price fpor it

I dont know how much this guy is BSing me, but when he first saw it he said he was looking for a project jeep and and his wife said he could spend $2500. About an hour after they picked up the car he called me back and said they can go as high as $3000, BTW, when he first asked i told him $5000 fir it. Im just worried if i dont take his offer im going to be stuck with it. I am not good at negotiating prices.

At one time i thought about trading out the tires for something more streetable or even just parting out the whole jeep. It would take forever to get any decent amount of money like that, if any at all. This guy just happened to run into me at the perfect time. Anyone know anyon e looking for a Jeep, lol?

I know that the economy sucks and liquid cash is king, but you'd be giving it away for less than 4K.

I called and left the guy a message with a different price. If he agrees ill probably sell it, if i dont hear from him, i might put it on craigslist and see what happens there.
