The OG Super Dodge: Project November Unit

The Original Super Dodge is getting the full CRF treatment in preparation for the Harlan Trip.

- Turned up the pump (went from 5psi to 18psi)
- Turned up the fuel mixture to get a better throttle response
- Cleaned and Painted the Truck the official CRF color of Flat Black
- Towing Mirrors
- New Generation Cummins Badges
- Single Exhaust
- Boost Gauge
- Install CD Player

The fuel mods made the truck go from slow pig to insanely quick with a few wrench turns. It will get up and go now and smokes with the best of them as well. It pulls constantly hard throughout all gears.

it used to look like this:

now it looks a little better

one side is pretty much done. the inside sides of the bed are done, and the rear is done around the tail lights and bumper sticker. more work to come.......

Dan wanted us to paint the rental truck. He is going to paint it Matte Black later, but wanted a better look than the multi-colored extravaganza that it was before.

what bout brakes and gears? those were 2 very big issues from the callalantee trip

brake problems at callalantee were the trailer brakes, and gears weren't a huge problem. with the pump turned up it will flat out GO compared to before.

Well, I AM kinda worried about the tranny. If I have enuff money this week, we oughta go get another fan to throw on 'er. That fan clutch has to go...

Oh, and we WILL boog up a tranny temp gage this weekend if I don't go up to VA.

And we need to turn back the boost fuel limiter just a hair until I can get a pyro for 'er.

Dude...I need at least 4 dually rims if they have 'em cheap enuff. I got a guy that will sell me a set for 200 dolla, but that's out of my budget. I wonder if they would do a full set for 100 dolla. Just something to think about.

Maybe a Taurus fan if it's cheap enough.

ten bux says they don't have any front 60s.

they won't have any front 60's. i'll see if they have any dually rims, and they probably do have a taurus fan.

we found some ballin cummins emblems for 12 bux shipped.

also, the passenger fender, do the spot welds need to be ground/drilled out to get the fender off?

The passenger fender bolts on, so you don't have to drill any spot welds. If you want to wait that one out, I'll most likely be up Friday evening. If I am, then it's time to fire up the Type R Killa Grilla

That truck is a little TOO long. But not by much! I figure either 24 or 36 extra inches in my chassis. I need to price the plate to do it.
